Michael is the CFO and a Board Director at Global Compliance, Inc dba Compliance Poster Company. In 1989, Compliance Poster Company pioneered the first All-On-One™ labor law poster in the USA. Compliance Poster Company designs and manufactures 1,700 labor law posters serving the U.S., Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada. He was also founder and president of Bear State Enterprises, a public works, commercial and industrial electrical contractor from 1977 to 2005. Bear State Enterprises specialized in high-tech design and build electronic surveillance systems for the nation’s armed forces. Projects included Boeing’s state-of-the-art transportable laser weapon currently in use, Apache helicopter - CH47 simulators and the Predator drone control stations. Mike is an entrepreneur with 38 years of experience in contracting and manufacturing. He brings strong leadership, management and organizational skills to Global Compliance. Mike has been married for 50 years, is a passionate runner and has completed 6 full marathons, 57 half marathons and 12 Xtera trail events. He also encourages all employees to eat healthy, exercise and give back to the community.
