Senior Associate It Accessibility Product Manager (P2)
Pleasanton, California, Us
Continuing to drive accessibility across Workday through providing accessibility insights on products and services throughout the company.Throughout my time at Workday so far I've guided numerous scrum teams on how to incorporate accessibility into their development processes and new features, refreshed existing processes and documentation to incorporate accessibility, inclusion, and usability across all areas of the organization, and together with David Sexton, built the Accessibility Research and Training (ART) Lab program that's already had more than 1,000 enrollments for training on accessibility fundamentals. While Workday's accessibility program has already significantly evolved and grown since I first arrived, I've shared with colleagues my vision for how we can further guide and accelerate Workday's accessibility journey. My goal with this position is to continue bringing accessibility to the next level at Workday, not only ensuring we produce accessible interfaces but also empowering every developer, designer, and leader to create intuitive and innovative experiences for everyone.
