Agent Manager:Lead indirect sales team in acquisition, development and management of the Agent Partners.Serve as liaison to 18 Agent Owners and 51 locations.Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals to achieve budget and operations including growth, revenue and cash flow targets.Develop and aid in facilitating training of Agent associates.Visit locations with Agent Account Executives to inspect merchandising, brand presence and ensure Agent partners are providing an ideal customer experience.Execute Exclusive Agent Contract and reinforce accountability for contract terms.Area Sales Manager:Lead retail teams & leaders of 12 corporate locations in central WI.Monitor monthly reporting and review store reviews, following up with successes and areas of opportunity.Visit store locations weekly to observe operations, providing feedback and support as needed to drive productivity.Partner with marketing and sponsorship teams for planning, execution and staffing of branding and selling events.Provide monthly forum for future leaders as well as monthly meetings to develop Sales Managers and Store Managers.Ensure Vision, Mission and Strategy are in place at store level and that all associates are operating as one team towards one goal.Store Manager:Manage and oversee operations of two locations and 30+ associates.Exceed monthly goals and reduce shrink by being personally involved in daily receiving, shipping and monthly physical counts for asset management.Schedule sales and support staff for optimal coverage in stores.Monitor sales productivity and inventory levels to ensure stock is available for promotional/marketing activities.Complete human resources/staffing responsibilities and oversee annual performance management of staff.Organize store displays within company guidelines to create the best possible experience for customer.Resolve customer complaints and follow-up with resolution.
