During my time at The Arc, I managed all payroll processing functions; recruitment for our four Arc's Value Village retail stores and all administrative and program openings. I administered all leave benefits including short and long term disability, FMLA, and workers' compensation. I provided employee relations support and consultation for all retail locations. In addition, I project managed the redesign of the The Arc's intranet.

I supported the Division of Cardiology in the field of human resources including recruiting, payroll, employee relations, job analysis, benefits, performance management, and training. In addition, I provide support to the university's international Fellowship appointees through the coordination of visa applications and credentialing

I project managed a successful change program for Humanim's Individual Support Services. This redesign significantly changed the face of the program. We were more successful, served more individuals, and helped those we assisted become more independent in their communities.

I recruited all direct care staff. Staff were hired to work with a specific client on specific outcomes. In addition, I recruited and hired all administrative support and case management opportunities.

Responsibilities included researching/writing documentary films and advertisements.
