Serving of Platoon Sergeant of Motor Transport section at Amphibious Assaults Schools Battalion, I was in Charge of Mentoring, Counseling and the overall well being of 17 Marines as well as all the Daily operations for the section, which included maintenance of over 40 tactical and government vehicles, Organization of all Logistical Service Request, ensuring all missions were executed in a safe and timely matter and, conducting direct support for four advanced leaders courses conducted in 29 palms which lead to the successful training of over 100 Officers and Senior Leaders in the AAV community.
