Achieved an average of $4.5 million per year reduction in personal injury claims costs as a result of the improved safety process. Reduced P&I costs $345,000 per year. • Developed and orchestrated Horizon Lines’ successful bid for management of 2 MarAd RO/RO ships ($12 million Government ship management contract) and 7 MSC Oceanographic Survey ships ($189 million Government ship management contract).
