I accelerated the business workflow by listening to the employee's about their issues with the pharmacy management system. I assessed hardware concerns and made appropriate cost efficient judgements to buy equipment to improve workflow and user experienceMy supervisor and I designed the network architecture, installed the hardware, and successfully opened a new sister store in Bakersville, North Carolina. My supervisor and I strategized how to improve the current network scheme at Roan Mountain Pharmacy to reduce downtime as much as possible. My supervisor and I improved security measures for the employees and customers.
