As the Vice President-Elect at Optimist International, I lead the development and execution of short- and long-term business objectives to drive organizational performance across six geographic districts.I leverage my exceptional expertise in strategic planning, project management, learning and development, and cross-functional leadership to provide consultation, guidance, and training to District Governors and other key stakeholders.
