Night shift co-ordination for work Nugroup’s work force.

-Contracted to the Mtm network as a rfd team leader (p&c, re-rail, fault removal, re-sleepering, network scoping, track inspection and track certification).-Distribution of weld crews and equipment needs to various metro and regional projects across Australia.-First and final point of contact for tier one company's and projects in relation to welding work force requirements, supply, equipment, standards, policies and procedures.-Recruitment Australia wide of qualified welders, trade assistants and labourers that show potential and interest in the Aluminothermic welding process. As well as maintaining solid communication between upper management and work force.-Train welders in various processes of welding rail including the technic in welding groove and Various sizes and shapes of crane rails across multiple wharfs, mine sites and tram networks across Australia.
