My name is Michael Bonello and I offer a wide range of skills allowing me to perform both technical and business functions.My experiences include working in small companies and large top Canadian companies. In the past, I demonstrated leadership as a Technical Lead while supporting Premier Microsoft customers, being a focal for clients and representing our department in audits and meetings. While moving into some management roles, As the Department's Primary Coordinator, I annually update our Contingency Planning strategy. As well, I review all intakes involving our team's resources.My technical side includes a vast range including support of Premier Microsoft customers, supporting a Development team for any issues, and provided assistance to over 1500 branches with technical issues. Remediating vulnerabilities in all desktops across Canada takes up much of my time now.I endeavour to always expand my knowledge and show a commitment to the company I work for.
