This project deployed the PKI solution to personnel at 59 Field Offices, 6 major Resident Agencies, and 129 monor Resident Agencies nationwide. Provided logistics and scheduling support for a deployment team of 20 installation technicians. My responsibilities included the scheduling of the Deployment teams activities, logistics coordination for just-in-time delivery of equipment and installation software to the sites, creating daily briefings from daily deployment team reports, and the development and management of two wssential tracking Microsoft Access databases: the PKI Deployment Data Tracking database and the Deployment Issues Tracking database. I also performed program tracking, to include reporting required by SOW of specific customer owned equipment while in-house and on-site for hardware and software updates.
