About Michael Booth
I have experience in multiple industries and am always looking to advance my skills and knowledge. I have trained multiple teams to operate in Metrc track and trace and helped develop several systems for inventory tracking and transportation in the cannabis industry. I have developed several cannabis waste programs at the retail, distribution and manufacturing level to ensure cannabis waste is being disposed of per California regulations. I have managed relationships with several testing labs in the state and have facilitated sample events, payment coordination, and any troubleshooting or compliance issues that may arise. I have also been an integral part in the launching of several brands and products through the manufacturing and distribution level with both compliance and design/concepts. Before I was involved in compliance in cannabis I ran several teams ranging in size that would harvest/process/cure and transport the material at the cultivation sites.I also have experience in several different restaurants working in back of house/dishwashing/closing and opening shifts and also running the kitchen team as well. My goals are to just constantly improve in whatever role I am in and implement knowledge however I can.
