After graduation from medical school, Dr. Boothe did his post graduate training at Oakland Naval Hospital and the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute in Pensacola, FL. Leaving active duty after Operation Desert Storm, he stayed in the Reserves for 12 years. For the last two and a half years, he has served as a Commander in the Maritime Regiment of the Texas State Guard.In 1996 he started his private practice in occupational medicine, offering his services to such trucking companies as Werner Enterprises, Con-way Truckload, Covenant Transport, Builder's Transport, and Truck Driver Institute. For the past several years, Dr. Boothe has committed his time and attention to assisting patients in safe, effective, medically-managed weight loss treatment in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.His goal is to enhance the quality of life and improve the health of all his patients.
