Co-Lead on the core member project which focused on our credit union goal of doubling core members in 5 years. Project required presenting fresh “outside the box” ideas to C-Level and Senior Managers at WCU. Helped develop and implement a successful teller sales program at WCU.Implemented and facilitated morning huddles for all of Retail. Worked closely with Tellers, BOC’s, ABM’s, and BM’s on hosting successful huddles and establishing successful sales practices on the teller line. Project leader for the “New Account Enhancement Team”, which focuses on a faster and more efficient account opening process for our members. This project reduced the account opening process by 30-40% which allowed the FSR’s to spend more time focusing on their conversations with our membership to ensure that we are educating them on all of our products and services. Opened Workers’ newest branch in Westford. Exceeded goals in 2015 with 187% in Loans, 173% in Deposits, 172% in Checking, 144% in Core Member households, 240% in Commercial loans.
