Currently involved as an analyst in GE PACS, GE Centricity RIS, Sectra PACS for Mammo, Philips Intelispace CV, XPER, Muse, and PowerScribe 360, to name a few of many applications my team supports. We are in some locations using Cerner millennium and are currently upgrading our organization to Cerner Radnet for our new RIS.

Project Management of upgrades to Powerscribe 360 to 4.0, Change Healthcare Radiology PACS upgrade to 12.4.1, Invia 4DM install for NM studies. Involved in ACUO server management, setup, and maintenance. Using Service Now for the ticketing system, change management, and inventory control. Managing the migration from older Isilon storage to newer Pure storage System and older PACS systems to Enterprise PACS. Daily maintenance of Change PACS issues and Merge CPACS issues along with PS360, Terarecon, and other various ancillary products. Converting individual site systems recently acquired, to one more manageable system throughout the multi-site hospital organization.Assisting in virtualizing older servers to keep a smaller footprint in our server rooms for easier and faster maintenance.

Involved in multiple projects. Managed Change Healthcare (McKesson) PACS upgrade and Mammo 2+ install. Added Cache 1 storage to accommodate new Mammo study sizes and added 2 new Application servers to adjust to changing needs. Completed a functional testing after integration started UAT testing with Techs and Radiologist to show new features and learn about any issues before go-live. Worked on McKesson Concerus install to create a worklist that had many new features and included Retention Management. Assisted with BRD and SRD for Siemens Echo and Cath along with their VNA install. Worked with Integration team to provide functional testing to ensure product cohesion.Assisted with Terarecon, Beam, and Segami installs to include proper integration with PACS to make these products seamless with little workflow interference as possible. Assisting in Migration of all archive data to newly installed VNA. Working with Analysts, Contractors, Techs, and Radiologist with all aspects of training and understanding of new products and changes.

Administration of legacy PACS system while site underwent a big bang Epic install to include EMR, RIS, Labs, Pharmacy, Ambulatory, and CVIS. My job was to participate in testing functionality between new EMR. Ensure Load balancing between App Servers were functioning properly and manage the day to day PACS and legacy products. Installation of Powerscribe360 and removal of Fusion transcription software. Creation of test patients to check functionality of all products in test environments works as desired. Created testing plans and UAT to find and fix bugs in the integration and to foresee any issues. Worked with DataFirst for Migration of images from newly acquired hospital into McKesson PACS system. Assisting with overall Epic install.
