As branch manager I am responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Andover plant & retail facility for Combined Energy Services. These duties include keeping track of financial information relating to the branch, coordinating projects around the facility, upkeep on the facility, inventory management and coordinating the staff working out of the facility. I am also responsible for staffing at the Andover facility including gathering employment information, scheduling interviews and planning appointments for pre-employment drug screening.

As the dispatcher for Eastern Propane my responsibilities encompass all aspects of the logistics for delivery operations. I am responsible for planning and routing the deliveries for up to 14 drivers encompassing most of the Northern New Jersey and Lower New York State area. I am also responsible for handling customer concerns and inquiries in relation to their delivery schedules and billing. When out of peak season I am also responsible for planning out work to upkeep tanks at customer locations including but not limited to switching out tanks entirely from a customers location.

As a customer service representative I have been responsible for scheduling and organizing the work of the service technicians in the field. This position has also allowed me to post service work and charges into the computer system giving experience with billing. While working as a CSR I have also been given the opportunity to work as the company dispatcher as well as working in sales.
