Responsibilities include: Collaborate daily with brand teams, business leaders, e-commerce and other departments to deliver superior branding across a broad range of brands for IG Design Group Americas, including creating and maintaining branding standards for all existing brands, developing and executing new branding identities, packaging and merchandising initiatives and overall corporate branding for IG Americas companies. Also, in collaboration with brand and channel management, responsible for marketing initiatives including print ads, web banners/email campaigns, web animations and videos, merchandising programs and sales materials. Key Results: • Conducted a broad program based study of packaging and branding for the PaperCraft greeting card segment (IG Design Atlanta Office). The study supported the new logo and branding development, packaging structure redesign, branding hierarchy segmentation (better, best price points) strategy and merchandising solutions. The new packaging proved to be more cost effective and branding hierarchy was embraced by retail partners.• In partnership with GoGo Gift Bag Company, created a new brand identity, tag line and packaging for the IG Design Group versions of the brand products. Also developed branding standards, sales videos and animated logo gifs for web usage. The new branding & packaging has been successful in increasing premium brand awareness and differentiating product features at retail from plain gift bags.

    Hired to create a full functioning, in-house creatives services department, which had helped the company grow their manufacturing sales from $10 MM to over $100 MM and the overall company growth from $100 MM to over $350 MM in sales. Responsibilities included: creative staff hiring, training, managing & mentoring staff, art direction, developing marketing/branding strategies, packaging, merchandising programs, product development & industrial design, private branding, licensed products, corporate branding initiatives, national account marketing and trade show and special events management.Key Results: • Led the complete design (branding, packaging, display, website) of the company's most successful in-house product line, Ready2Fish. The line achieved retail distribution at major U.S. retailers, including Walmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, and grew to over $20 MM in annual sales – the company's most successful brand. Also oversaw development of new seasonal display program for Ready2Fish at Walmart. Pallet display approved through Walmart's rigorous process and launched on time and on budget to drive new sales and approximately $1 MM incremental sales.• Created a series of “how-to” videos for the Shoreline Marine accessories product line – a first for the DIY marine accessories category. Narrated by a seasoned boat mechanic, the videos feature simple step-by-step instructions on the most popular boat maintenance, repair and installation projects. The series of 22 videos (both English and French/Canadian versions) were supported with in-store merchandising and on-pack stickers to drive consumers to the website. The program was embraced by retailers and established Shoreline Marine as the marine accessory category leader at Walmart and Canadian Tire. To date, the videos have had hundreds of thousands of views, both on the Shoreline Marine website and Youtube.

Wrote and produced all radio advertising, coordinated media buys, talent bookings and studio time.Key Results: • Brought all radio marketing in-house, including writing and producing commercials and media planning resulting in a substantial savings from using outside vendors. The savings allowed the company to include promotional radio advertising to support its print advertising campaign which increased incremental sales.• Managed grand openings for all new retail stores that included live local radio/TV broadcasts on location, booking local speakers, creating give-away and contest promotions, acquiring prize packages from vendors, creating advertising and collateral to support all events, promotions and sales. The week-long event helped establish Gander Mountain in the community as a shopping destination and directly connected local sports enthusiasts and clubs with their local store and the store employees.
