High Performance GM LSx TuningI led a small scale vehicle tuning service while earning my degree, primarily for GM vehicles with expertise in LSx engines. This started as a hobby, grew throughout my college career and today I only provide periodic support to my direct contacts. I maintain this experience on LinkedIn to stay in touch with contacts I have made over the years.Driven through personal interests and Engineering passion, I starting tuning my own vehicles to optimize performance and customize the operation to my needs. Tuning expanded from friends, to their connections and eventually was sought out by individuals across the country for remote tuning support. Since I was knowledgeable on the mechanical components I also helped resolve and advise on mechanical troubleshooting, installation, optimization and performance part selection.Tuning vehicle modifications including:-OEM engines/transmissions and swaps (LS1/LS2/LS3/LS6/LS7/L83/L86;T56/4L60E/4L80E/8L90E)-Aftermarket cam including advanced idle tuning and PID control-Supercharged and Turbocharged setups-Dual fuel setups and alternate fuels-Stock trim and simple to complex bolt on modifications (from intake manifolds to cylinder heads)Currently, I am mostly inactive in the tuning community, though I still own and tune LS1 and L83 platforms. I generally still provide support on complex issues for the contacts I have made over the years. I am continually learning to stay up to date on changing technologies in fuel injection methods, transmissions and variable cams. Most of these advancements were introduced outside of the LSx platform I was accustomed to.

As our team undergoes a transformation with the shift of testing, we are providing support across the ITS-A Laboratories on a broader scale. Our team works closely with the local Laboratory Managers and Leaders in many areas, primarily focused on the following:- Capital tracking and management for ITS-A Engineering team- Develop and maintain tools for expense budget tracking - Maintain Test Engineering Department tools and knowledge centers, such as SharePoint and AWS- Standardization of DVP&Rs and test procedures - Standardization of instrumentation and calibration processes - Standardization of safety and equipment processes - Implementation and training of new processes within the Laboratory Team or extended Engineering Team- Providing SME support for testing and troubleshooting- As role matures, lead the development of the reliability function within Engineering Team

-Lead test planning process and standard work development for newly formed Test Engineering team, primarily on rotary screw air compressors-Frequently worked with advanced functions within Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and other Microsoft Office Suite products-Required to regularly utilize data acquisition solutions, power analyzers, strain gage and vibration data collection, LabVIEW and other instruments to support the full DVP&R-Successfully complete vibration training and certification testing through Technical Associates of Charlotte, primarily focused on standard vibration measurements and analysis and frequency response testing-Responsible for leading a small team of Test Engineers and Technicians to complete the Test Plan on R-Series Ingersoll Rand compressors in the Davidson Laboratory-Responsible for overseeing the instrumentation setups and test execution to ensure accurate, repeatable and retrievable test data-Provided Test Engineering support for global Laboratories, supporting their Test Plan development and implementation of new standard work-Supported the development of the CAGI Verification Audit program within the committee, assisting in the annual audits of the 3rd party Laboratory for compressor and dryer testing-Assisted in the development of a global SharePoint test database for Industrial Laboratories, ultimately taking on full ownership for the site development and maintenance-Lead initiative to review, revise and develop global standard work for test on rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors

-Provided support to Test Technicians and Design Engineers to complete testing on new products-Set up test instrumentation to record data on various rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors, as well as air dryers-Reduced and summarized raw test data in test reports-Initiated, lead and supported Laboratory 5S initiatives
