Developed sales and marketing strategies, built and managed a sales force of 45 employees that drove national and international sales.- National Product Sales: Achieved product sales approval for major National retailers such as Walmart, Amazon, GNC, Sears, Kmart, Gold’s Gym, World Gym, Max Muscle, Nutrishop and Snap Fitness. Total of 250 sku’s approved which generated over $10,000,000 in revenue in 2017.- International Product Sales: Obtained international approval in all EU member countries (13), Mexico, Russia, Aruba, UAE, Chile, Brazil and Australia. Over 300 sku’s approved for International Distribution that generated $7,000,000 in 2017.- Marketing: Designed strategic marketing plans that targeted Big Box Stores, large retail chains, independent retailers, mass distributors, International customers and B2C customers. - Product Development: Company started with 4 private label products and increased to 12 by 2006. 2007-2010, oversaw formulation of 100 proprietary skus for the Maximum Nutrition brand. 2011-2017, developed and managed over 300 proprietary formulations for the Maximum Nutrition brand, 150 formulations for an additional 6 in-house brands and another 200 formulations for custom customer products. - Manufacturing: Provided an extensive cost savings analysis about bringing manufacturing in-house.
