I oversaw 9 branches spanning 5 states. My goal was to develop branch leadership and key associates that I saw had potential, identify their strengths, and work on their weakness. Keep a positive attitude at each branch, no matter what was going on at the branch. Identify diversification opportunities whether with products or green fielding a new location and collaborate with my direct supervisor.
