I believe cooking fine foods is just as artistic as painting a great water color or oil painting. Seeing people's faces when they taste something they have never tried and fall in love with, means the world to me. I have put in 20 years of working my way up to the level I am now. I have learned how to build teams and help people enjoy what they are doing. To give them confidence and pride no matter if they are cooking for a living or just a basic dishwasher. Everyone is part of the cog that makes the machine move.
