A portfolio of 9 residential apartment buildings and one Aged Care Facility in and around the Melbourne CBD and surrounding districts, is entrusted to me by my employer. I oversee each entities Essential & Non Essential services. minor and major projects, sustainability, preventative maintenance, building records and improvement. All are key areas that are vital to ensure the owners corporation asset(s) remains protected and competitive in todays medium/high density property market.

A new company born from Stream Communications, the business model was designed to bring experienced and well equipped technicians into the domestic home for installation of new home entertainment technology. Harvey Norman being the major client, put T2H on the map and bought this relatively new venture into the market. T2H is now co-operated/owned by Harvey Norman. My role encapsulated the daily organisation of contracted labor and synchronizing T2H's business model with the clients dynamically changing needs. Throughout my duration at T2H constant development of the model saw it move from strength to strength, its growth and success ensured it was adopted by the major client as a business partner.

Self owned and self managed business. Contracts undertaken mainly in Broadcasting and Communications related industries at both domestic and comercial levels.

O’Dor Engineering was a struggling engineering facility of 20+ years. Providing services to all facets of rigid and heavy rigid chassis and some articulated vehicles of the transport industry, I was accountable for all body designs and production. Upon arriving at O’Dor, poor attention to detail, inadequate project planning, insufficient design process and zero discipline for stock control had yielded two consecutive years of significant losses. My introduction of proper engineering principles to design and production, leaner manufacturing & stock retention and control saw client faith restored in the brand and a break-even point reached in under 12 months.
