CurrentOperations Supervisor / Shift Team Leader (2018 – Current)• A Shift Team Leader is the highest positioned management team member that is on-site 24/7.• Make key decisions that have a direct impact and critical function regarding operation & safety of the plant.• Well versed in all facets of the plant beyond operations including safety, mechanical reliability, environmental, and security.• Able to manage personnel while setting clear performance expectations, and develop team members to be able to meet those expectations by understanding each individual’s learning style and motivation.Process Technician (2016 - 2018)• Quickly learned & qualified on multiple (4), complex unit job posts. Qualification required to be staffed on specific unit and obtain responsibility of said unit during shift.• Critical thinking and confident troubleshooting skills required during pressure situations.• Managed multiple issues / tasks while working efficiently in a timely fashion.• Required refined communication skills both with management and supervision.
