Served as CEO and previously COO & CFO. Kiavi is a late-stage (Series D) company with ~400 people that lends to real estate investors to unlock and monetize the true value of America’s aged homes using advanced technology and data science. Today Kiavi is the country’s largest lender to real estate investors, in particular those that fix and flip homes. In my time at Kiavi, we grew revenues 4x, delivered GAAP profitability in 2021 & 2022, and built a strong, resilient culture.

Public CFO for the ~$1.2 billion financial services holding company with about 12,000 employees in the US, India & the Philippines. Ocwen was one of the nation’s largest mortgage servicers and also originates mortgage loans. Led 150 global resources in all areas of finance, including operating finance, controllership, financial planning and budgeting, procurement, financial reporting, investor relations, treasury and tax.

CFO for the $6 billion global technology company with 4,500 employees focused on providing reliable and efficient power at or near the point of use. Distributed Power was launched on 1/1/13 by combining 3 different GE businesses. Led 240 finance resources in 20+ countries in all areas of finance, including structuring, project financing, fulfillment and service operations, controllership, acquisitions, planning, reporting and tax.

Global FP&A leader for the ~$50 billion global division which provided equipment for power generation, transmission and distribution and oil and gas across 1,350 locations in over 100 countries. Led all corporate financial planning and reporting activities. Accountable for investor relations, rating agency and Board of Director presentations. Functional leader for 1,100 FP&A resources globally, including 28 on the direct team. Co-led break up of the Energy Infra business in July 2012, creating three new reporting segments and saving ~$320 million in cost while transitioning operations to the new structure with minimal disruption.

Global FP&A leader for the $8 billion Oil & Gas division of GE with responsibility for all corporate budgeting and reporting activities.

P&L CFO for financial services ‘vertical’ focused on the healthcare industry. HFS had $13 billion in assets and provided corporate lending to mid-market healthcare companies, real estate debt and equity financing, and venture capital to early stage biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

Graduated as Executive Audit Manager for GE’s Insurance portfolio and overseeing 50-60 resources in GE’s fast track for finance leadership development. Owned audit strategy and execution for GE’s reinsurance and asset management businesses and helped execute the sale and carve out of multiple businesses.
