Lead and oversee the Security, Risk & Safety, and Valet operations at both Turfway Park Racing & Gaming and Newport Racing & Gaming. Developed the entire security structure and plan, policies and procedures, and hired and trained all leadership for the Security Department to open the Turfway property in 2022. Maintain the budget for both Turfway Park and Newport Racing & Gaming Security Departments, as well as the Backside Horse Racing Security Department, and Valet Department.
