While the FPSO was in production, as a core crew Production Operations Technician - Instrumentation & Electrical, I performed maintenance of all I&E control systems including but not limited to ICSS/DCS, Turbine Control Systems, PLC’s, UPS, electrical motors and control systems, and Hazardous Area installations and rectification. HV/LV Electrical isolation & switching procedures, PTW, Maintenance Work Order history input and parts procurement (CMMS), Emergency Response, etc.End of Field Life occurred on 09th August 2015, after which I travelled with the FPSO to Vietnam and assisted in layup preservation work and a total E&I shutdown and electrical disconnection.

Woodside LNG – Hazardous Area Dossier - Karratha. Close and Detailed inspections of all electrical and instrumentation equipment to AS/NZS standards with cross referencing to European and North American standards to certify conformity. Data input to SAP system

Barrick Gold - Cowal Lake Gold Project. Project commissioning working with project engineers and Barrick operations staff. Instrumentation installations, programming, calibrations and loop checking of Yokogawa DCS, pH and magflows, Ronan density, level and weight transmitters, VEGA ultrasonic level transmitters, Drager HCN analysers and various types of control valves, PT's and TT's. As Built drawings, calibration, inspection and fault diagnosis reports and other documentation completed.

Clean Fuels Project commissioning working with project engineers and CALTEX operations staff for the start up and running of the plant until process specifications were met. Instrumentation installations and system fault diagnosis and repairs. Updating and performing ESD Test Procedures and system check lists. Hazardous Area Auditing.

Installation of Instrumentation and Electrical Projects. Consultation with engineers concerning installation and operational requirements. Instrumentation calibrations and inspections. Instrumentation and electrical drawing checks. Hazardous Area Equipment installations and inspections.

BP and CALTEX Refineries: Maintenance, repairs and calibration of Process Control Instrumentation. CALTEX Truck Loading Terminal - Lytton: Instrumentation and electrical installations, maintenance, fault finding, repairs and calibration of SCADA and PLC applications. CALTEX Terminal Switchboard and Electrical Systems Audit conducted. AirLiquide: Electrical Maintenance Schedule written. OCA (Oil Company of Australia) - Myall Creek Facility: Instrumentation and Electrical installations for gas well and pipeline. Install, calibrate and commission site. Hazardous Area Installations and Inspections across all sites.
