I leverage a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who possess the desired skills and qualifications. I meticulously review resumes and applications, assessing candidates against our job requirements. Conducting preliminary interviews or phone screens allows me to further evaluate their suitability and determine if they meet our basic criteria.In addition, I maintain and update our applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates.
