I accomplished this while maintaining less than 7 days of on-hand inventory which resulted in a reduction of over $2MM of on hand inventory. • Managed all green coffee traffic, the cupping lab and relationships with all coffee related suppliers. • Created and managed all national account coffee pricing from green through roasted, packaging and shipping related costs of the finished goods. • Lead the Coffee R&D team where our notable developments were the Keurig compatible single serve cup line which now exceeds $2.5MM in annual sales and the development and launch of a shelf stable cold brew product in June of 2017.
