*Responsible for new membership sales with National employer groups of 3,000+ eligible in 2 or more KP regions. *Lead team of subject matter experts to demonstrate value of the fully integrated healthcare delivery model. Interact with major consulting houses (Towers-Watson, Mercer, Aon-Hewitt, Xerox-Buck, Gallagher, Lockton)*Find Kaiser Permanente product solutions that range from Consumer Driven Health Plans (HSA/HRA/FSA - account based plans) to Workforce Health to Occupational Health (Kaiser-on-the-Job), on both a fully insured and self-funded platform.

*Responsible for retention & growth of large group Book of Business (51-2,999 eligible lives)*Coach and develop staff of 27 direct reports to meet growth and margin targets. *Position the organization by building external relationships with key customers and distribution channels (employers/brokers/consultants). *Coordinates the efforts of the entire geographically-based Sales & Account Management team to achieve Service Area membership and margin targets. *Leads a Service Area Business Line planning process with the locally based Business Line staffs. *Leads a Service Area market planning process in collaboration with local Health Plan/Hospitals and Medical Group leadership. *Coordinate the interactions of all Sales and Account Management staff in the Service Area with Medical leadership. *Represent Sales & Account Management in the Service Area and builds confidence in our capabilities and performance.

Riverside / San Bernardino / San Diego Counties

•Develop & maintain broker/consultant relationship. Review RFP; develop underwriting/sales strategy, presentation, sale, implementation and retention of large employer groups (51 to 5,000 lives). Manage and coach sales office staff of 13 with focus on new sales, account management, training and support functions. Products sold include: HMO, POS, PPO, HSA, HRA, FSA, Life/AD&D, Dental, Vision, Chiro and Acupuncture. Other products/services include flex-funding, ASO, SSL, and Section 125.

San Bernardino / Riverside Counties

Primarily responsible for new sales (employer groups with 51 to 5,000 eligible lives). Office team lead: Involved with RFP review, renewals, case strategy planning, problem solving, coaching / mentoring to staff of 7 employees.
