Michael Boynton is a Vice President in Business Insurance at NFP. His 17+ years of insurance experience in a wide variety of industries including Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Entertainment, and Private Equity, allows him to provide bespoke service to his clients. Mike tailors risk profiles to mitigate costs, provides experienced expert insight into claims management and risk management solutions, and offers exceptional client servicing. A fifth generation insurance broker, Mike holds Insurance designations for CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) and his RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokerage of Ontario). He is a graduate of University of Western Ontario’s Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies Program (BMOS).Mike is committed to his family, but also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto (BBBST), as a Big Brother. In 2013 he was awarded the James Marshall ‘Big of the Year’ award. In 2015, Mike completed a 3 year term as Chair of the Young Leaders Committee of BBBST. Mike continued as a Member Liaison Chair, mentoring the committee, which has raised over $500,000 in revenue to BBBST.
