Alpine Academy is a charter high school built on academic achievements, innovation and connections to the community. As the Operations Manager, I'm responsible for providing operational leadership, technical expertise and business direction to 15 staff members, while leading IT projects, efficiency programs, and modernization initiatives, to improve the entire operation.• Developed strategic plans for year-long initiatives, championing change management, and training coordination• Gathered data for bench-marking various programs and making data-informed decisions to develop new policies.• Successfully built and implemented operational strategies and SOPs, to align overall vision with our strategic plan. • Educated and skilled in project management tools and techniques using PMBOK• Analyzed existing administrative programs, student enrollment processes and staff decision-making procedures.• Initiated new programs and secured contracts for a variety of operational ventures, to promote growth and service.

I worked in 'UPS Mail Innovations', a high-volume mailing service group offering efficient and effective ways of delivering large-volume customers. As an Operations Supervisor, I was responsible for business process and customer management, as well as developing a new excel-based database and order management system that allowed up to 50 on-site personnel to access data & identify trends. I worked with leads in a coaching environment, and championed efficiency programs that lowered distribution costs. I also trained leads to use excel to be innovative in their approach to processes, by identifying key performance indicators, and using the data to forecast workload resources.

I was responsible for developing policies and procedures in alignment with all state and federal regulatory guidelines, as well as launching a new Student Information System, and conducting internal training's for staff. I reached out to local businesses and community members to promote the school and assist in branding.
