Michael and his son Stephen began Live At Home - On Your Own as a division of Heritage Woodworks & Remodeling to serve the needs of the aging population and those with physical challenges to living independently. They offer creative solutions and an array of the latest innovations.

Conduct Safety Evaluations for Seniors and those with Mobility Challenges and Provide Solutions such as Entry Ramps, Bathroom Modifications, Safety Equipment, and Remodeling Solutions for a Lifetime of Independent Living.

In 2005 four couples pooled their time, resources, and talents into an effort to provide homeschooling families with the resources and encouragement that they wish that they would have had when they began 30 years ago. By God's grace what has resulted is a dynamic statewide organization which reaches out to meet the needs of families across the Pacific Northwest and into Canada.
