CurrentMr. Bradshaw has been managing and developing real estate projects for 27 years. He has managed the development of Jordanelle Ridge, Rosecrest, Herriman Town Center and Sweetwater with more than 13,000 residential units and over 200,000 square feet of retail and commercial space. Mr. Bradshaw managed the development of several commercial and light industrial Parks including, Sorenson Technology Park, Sorenson Technology Park South and Innovation Office Park. Prior to his development and management work Mr. Bradshaw was a Engineering Consultant and Project Manager for a number of large commercial and industrial projects including; The South Towne Center, Ningret Industrial Park, Discover Card Business Center and Jordan Landing Retail Center. Mr. Bradshaw is a licensed Civil Engineer and graduated from the University of Utah as a Chemical and Environmental Engineer.
