USS Nimitz CVN 68 Fire Controlman 2nd Class Promoted to work center supervisor from general technician after 18 months aboard ship; managed 6 junior and senior sailors on all aspects of 3-M (Material, Management, and Maintenance System) shipboard maintenance program directly supervised by the XO (Executive Officer, second in command) for CS(Combat Systems) 72 in charge of 2 Rolling Airframe Missile Systems.. Supervised and directly contributed to maintenance on basic and advanced electronic test equipment, electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and chilled water systems using proper tag-out procedures to ensure safe working environment when working around high voltages.
