After finishing my degree at Reading University I reached a crossroads in finding out what I wanted to do. I began work with RB Electrical Ltd initially as a labourer a few months after graduation and found an environment I not only loved, but thrived in. I have carried out a variety of electrical works on many commercial and industrial projects, earning my qualifications a long the way in my spare time. I have grown within RB Electrical initially taking a site supervisors role, managing construction sites and projects. Whilst gaining my testing and inspection qualifications and gaining my electricians gold card. In 2022 I became joint director of the company, with the ambition to expand into the renewables energy market along with the commercial and industrial projects we specialise in. After obtaining these qualifications in 2023 I now look to add this to our overall package we provide as an electrical company.I also firmly believe in the apprenticeship system and one of my first initiatives as director was to bring apprentices on board and to create an inclusive environment, giving them real world, hands on experience working with professionals who can help them expand their skill set.
