Managed daily oversight of MQ-9 system software development. Provided software engineering process improvements, deficiency corrections and funding issue inputs to MQ-9 program office materiel leader. Researched ad hoc software issues and provided direction for resolution.

Manage a 15 person engineering and maintenance team which was responsible for 180+ MQ 1/9 aircraft stationed globally. I did Quality Assurance Engineering, worked with the contractor agency to develop new mods and upgrades for the aircraft, and created new solutions for maintenance issues in a 24/7 response role.I worked with other government agencies like NASA, the Air National Guard, the British Royal Air Force, and Air Force Special Operations Command.
