After JointPoint was acquired by Johnson and Johnson, I began as the regional sales manager for Joint Recon Enabling technologies and computer navigation for the eastern US for Depuy. I helped build and train the current enabling tech team to what it has become today and am now a regional sales manager for the southeast team selling all Velys enabling technology and robotics. Joined a growing technology start up medical company created by a surgeon in Florida who created a navigation system used for anterior hip replacement surgery.I was hired as the national sales representative and handled all sales, conference meetings, and lead generation and contract execution for hospitals across the country who wanted to use the navigation system. I was able to help grow the fleet from 20 systems to over 300 systems placed across the United States and also growing our company revenue stream. In 2019, Johnson and Johnson acquired the technology and I was able to transition to regional manager with Depuy where I was one of the first employees to be a part of the new med tech business organization within Depuy.
