As a support specialist I also had the responsibility to promote the IBM product line at various industry venues. I was in attendance at Comdex east and west / Net Expo in Boston / the Ingram Showcases throughout the nation for many years. Lest we forget my primary function was to provide quality technical phone support for the computer resellers of the nation. I serviced over 60,000 requests for support ranging from something as simple as a part number look up to the complexities of deploying Novell in multiple sites.
