Prepares and presents executive-level management meetings as a subject matter expert for SPWs and Theater Clearance procedures, the APACS system, FCG and AFRICOM’s Theater Clearance Approval Process (TCAP). Coordinates with USDAOs, OSCs, and APACS managers on entry and personnel travel requirements for all DOD and DOD-sponsored personnel for travel to the AFRICOM AOR ensuring travel warnings, and new requirements are annotated in the FCG. Coordinates with AFRICOM Directorates, Service Components, Service Academies and other Government agencies on SPW procedures and processing requirements for AFRICOM Commander's signature. As Action Officer coordinating with executive assistants, aide-de-camps and other personnel for Distinguished Visitor’s visiting AFRICOM requiring interaction with DV transportation, Commander’s Mess, scheduling of office calls, and hospitality requirements dealing with water, coffee, and other soluble.

Compiled, reviewed, and processed all travel, financial, and administrative documents.• Supervised 4 personnel on the arrival and departure of 300 personnel leaving the European Theater of operations covering all of Europe and North Africa. Reviewed and processed over 4500 administrative and financial documents. Conducted 2 administrative assistance visits for 30 Marines ensuring all finances an administrative paperwork was in compliance with Marine Corps Regulations. Managed the Unit Diary Pay System, and Marine Corps Total Forces System guaranteeing timely submission of all administrative paperwork with 100% success.• Supervised, led, trained, and managed 20 Marines in a hostile environment responsible for providing base and convoy security for over 4500 Marines and 300 Iraqi Soldiers. Briefed Senior Military leaders on daily operations, capabilities, and overall readiness of base security and convoy operations. Instructed 40 Marines in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program.
