I have worked in the restaurant industry for over ten years, in various positions such as bartender, server and supervisor. This previous work experience as well as my education at the ITHQ, have provided me with an extensive background in service and customer relations. Courses in bartending, sommellerie and dining room service have been advantageous in fine tuning my service skills.I also have experience in hotel operations, including night audits, check-ins and check-outs, and responding to telephone calls in a professional manner. I am bilingual, English and French.
