-Founded an agency for industrial design and product development (Certified engineering consultant – Austria) focused on sporting goods.-Customers included renowned brands such as 686, Atomic Ski, Deeluxe, Legero, Kangaroos, Vaude and Volant Ski.-Worked directly with factories on development, prototyping, production and quality (Six Sigma) providing a one stop service for the sporting goods industry.

-Responsible for coordination of design agencies and in-house R&D for all product categories.-Coordinated development projects for snowboard and cross-country skiing with Salomon after the acquisition in 2005.-Lead the design and developed of snowboard boots growing sales from 7.000 in 2002 to 60.000 pairs per year in 2006. -Developed the initial line of ski helmets for Atomic.-Worked with world cup ski racers on developing custom solutions to match their specific style and needs in protection equipment and ski boots.-Re-branded and re-positioned the Volant ski brand as a high end luxury brand-Development work on variocut variable side cut ski, varioflex skis and the first electronic ski binding. -Graphic design for skis and snowboards.
