Board reporting on treasury matters.As part of the Group Finance responsibilities I completed statutory accounts for all six New Zealand entities and undertook a corporate restructure to reduce compliance activities in future years.

Transitioned the New Zealand bitumen plant business into the main company and introduced a month end procedure for reporting across both countries that did not exist. Strategically downsizes the company to deal with the impact of the GFC.

Dealt with overseas internal suppliers from Europe and US, managed minimum order quantities and delivery timeframes to ensure the warehouse could support the sales function by always having sufficient inventory. Implemented Kaizen principles effectively to gain efficiencies in the warehousing and distribution areas.
