Provide all required aircraft parts, consumables, tools, special equipment, aviation ground support equipment, aviation life support equipment, test measurement diagnostic equipment and any other required items. Implements risk management program and surveillance plan to ensure threats to successful delivery of contract are mitigated. Ensure the provision of comprehensive and reliable supply chain management. Prepare orders for all required parts, consumables, spares, and parts for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Advise and instruct Iraqi personnel how to forecast and order parts in a timely and effective manner to provide an acceptable operational readiness rate. Provide real time status of all requisitions, including actual shipment, part number changes, cost of items and total costs. Train Iraqi Supply personnel to order, ship, stock and account for spare parts. Ensure repairs are accomplished IAW Army TM-55-1550-228-23 and TM 55-2840-241-23 series manuals. Acquire services, calibration repair, servicing and overhaul of all parts, components and assemblies required for helicopter operation and maintenance.

Provide assistance to Veterans and their dependents in applying for federal & state benefits; VA medical care eligibility & enrollment, disability pension, non-service connected pensions, aid & attendance, burial, and survivor benefits. Assist Veterans and their dependents with military records request and research. Manage county indigent Veterans assistance program; providing financial help with basic living needs: rent, utilities, medication, and sustenance assistance.
