I act for a wide range of clients including start-ups, SMEs and prominent franchise brands, managing all their legal needs.Passionate about helping new franchisors get started, I help franchisees assess and buy into franchise opportunities - this experience is what giving both sides invaluable insights. I regularly assist leading Australian law firms with their clients’ New Zealand activities and have been counsel to a range of International franchising organisations. As an active member of the Franchise Association of New Zealand, I advocate for best practice and responsible leadership in business.
