Casting plant helded various manfacturing positions.1976 - to - 1986 Fineweld Tube holding various positions including Tube Mill Operator.1986 - to - 1994 Promoted to Quality Control Foreman. In 1988 was part of the 13 salary team that relocated Fineweld Tube from East Alton, IL to Cuba, MO where we hired and trained a whole new workforce..1994 - to - 2009 Promoted to Supervisor of Quality Control & Process Control. In this position was responsible for all aspects of quality control, I obtained my Level III in eddy current testing, For several years I was responsible for the tube mill roll toling, I was also responsible for the mill process engineering,I was responsible for the strip specifications, was responsible for setting up shaped tube at the mills and developed a new shape for onf of our customers, assisted Marketing Engineer with customer complaints & specifications.2009 - to - 2014 Promoted to Supervisor of Tech Service and Market Development. I continued to be the Leveel III in eddy current testing, handled customer complaints, was company A.S.T.M. rep where I wrote a new standard, I assistant manufacturing when needed.2014 - to - present, I retired and started working for Olin Brass - Fineweld tube as a Technical Consultant.
