Careers education for young people forms a vital part in building a fair education system for all. The Careers Leader programme offers free training to develop great teachers into brilliant leaders.I work with a national portfolio of schools to support them in the development and implementation of a whole school strategy for careers educations. Using a blended learning approach to training, which combines both face-to-face & eLearning, teachers are empowered with the tools to create a careers strategy that fits the exact needs of their students & school.
