Identify, Develop and Maintain (D)Ooh advertising portfolio of Tractor Outdoor, Negotiate commercial business terms and build business relationships between Tractor and partnering companies. Manage landlords, clients and property portfolio's. Draft proposals, leases, applications and various legal motivations for City council departments .Duties and responsibilities- Identifying potential (D)Ooh advertising sites- Draft legal reports and motivations (Appeals, Space Reductions, Designations, Building plans)- Negotiating and securing of new outdoor sites and all relevant media space - All Ooh format sites- Negotiating with Councils/Municipalities for tenders and advertising rights- Negotiating and renewing existing rights at profitable standards to ensure best profits- Compiling of tender documents and proposals- Preparing and submitting of Applications for potential sites- Managing all landlords on a monthly basis- Maintaining Client Relations- Preparing and sending out of Monthly Management Reports- Capturing and running of all secured advertising contracts- Monthly billing reports- Negotiating and renewing existing rights at profitable standards to ensure best profits- Managing of development team

Manage the business relationship between Innovocean and The V&A Waterfront to ensure best practices and to meet company objectives in accordance with the business needs. Specialist within in mall advertising environment.Duties and responsibilities- Compile and submission of Innovocean winning tender - Identifying potential advertising sites (Digital, Static, Ambient)- Manage Innovocean team (Production & Marketing) - Manage Sub Contractors on site- Have all City Approvals in place for new Signage (Masterplan, designations, applications)
