Draft proposals, leases, applications and various legal motivations for City council departments .Duties and responsibilities- Identifying potential (D)Ooh advertising sites- Draft legal reports and motivations (Appeals, Space Reductions, Designations, Building plans)- Negotiating and securing of new outdoor sites and all relevant media space - All Ooh format sites- Negotiating with Councils/Municipalities for tenders and advertising rights- Negotiating and renewing existing rights at profitable standards to ensure best profits- Compiling of tender documents and proposals- Preparing and submitting of Applications for potential sites- Managing all landlords on a monthly basis- Maintaining Client Relations- Preparing and sending out of Monthly Management Reports- Capturing and running of all secured advertising contracts- Monthly billing reports- Negotiating and renewing existing rights at profitable standards to ensure best profits- Managing of development team
