Current1. Responsible for direction, supervision and maintenance of proper accounting methods and systems, including developing appropriate cost accounting for all areas.2. Supervise preparation of monthly financial statements.3. Advise appropriate staff on preparation of contract bid documents, reviewing as appropriate. 4. Supervise maintenance of all financial records, ensuring compliance with all tax codes, funding agency requirements and other pertinent regulations.5. Develop, in cooperation with the President, annual and monthly budgets for all cost centers.6. Manage agency cash flow, including development of short/long-term cash flow projections.7. Monitor employee benefit program.8. Assure confidentiality of financial matters.
