Currently work in the I&E Group at Ignacio Plant. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all the facility controls and automation equipment. Honeywell Experion, TDC 3000, C300 and HPM controllers. Worked 2 Years in the I&E Group at Milagro, El Cedro, and LaJara Facilities. Foxboro DCS and Allan Bradley PLC Controls. Installed Fuel Gas measurement at LaJara station and Elcedro plant.Burner management systems, boilers, fire heater etc.Helped upgrade the ESD system at Milagro plant to Control Logix.Stepped into Operations to help, went on shift for a couple of months.

Install, calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot electronic flow meters both Fisher ROC and Bristol. Maintain compression sites instrumentation including but not limited to control valves, regulators, I/P’s, valve positioners, transmitters (both pneumatic and electronic). Basic working knowledge of PLC ladder logic and 480 volt motor control. Install, troubleshoot and program communications for EFM data to be collected. Program free wave radios and help Tier 2 with communication issues.Maintain, troubleshoot and repair site pneumatic ESD systems. Basic working knowledge of UPS systems.Maintain, troubleshoot and repair dehydration on Williams owned assets. Chosen to go through training to operate Williams purchased Glycol Pacer unit.Maintain a gathering system with over 70 wells and the SJ 32-8 #2 CDP. Manage encroachments, work on methanol injection, maintain field dehydration and meter calibrations. Tuning and calibrations of control valves in the IGF. Help I&E in the Ignacio plant on projects, shutdowns and when time permitted.

Refurbishing engines and compressors to be commissioned in the field.
