My mission is to lead the Midwich (formerly IDT) business unit in Australia and New Zealand for the Midwich Group. With around 14 years of experience in the Australian market, we have had a history of combining good service and leading visual display technology. The role is to further develop and implement business strategies allowing the business in Australia and New Zealand to grow in line with the Midwich strategy, and provide high-level leadership to the organisation. I'm fully responsible for the Midwich ANZ P&L and given my passion for customer service, I will also ensure high quality customer service and support to our customers and their end users.Together with the Midwich team, we will formulate a vision and long term business strategy for Australia and New Zealand.

My role within the healthcare system was to act as Project and Program Manager. My responsibilities where to develop and deliver a couple of great Unified Communications projects within Telehealth. Specifically I'm managing the "Telehealth" implementation and evaluation for the Newborn & paediatric Emergency Transport Service (NETS). NETS is a statewide service of NSW Health, it is the only service of its kind in Australia; providing expert clinical advice, clinical co-ordination, emergency treatment and stabilisation and inter-hospital transport for very sick babies and children up to the age of 16 years. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The other project wass to provide 'Telehealth" technologies and build visual linkages between Residential Aged Care Facilities and Hospital Emergency Departments. In both projects, Visual Communication technology is being successfully used to augment existing models with the use of video conferencing to provide enhanced clinical and patient outcomes.

The purchase by Programmed and subsequent alignment of the businesses meant that as the electrical contractor margins and value add options diminished, the Group needed a restructure and strategic plan to drive new opportunities and EBIT growth. For KLM as part of the plan we created this new role and I was appointed.The role was a Senior Executive position to ensure KLM Group grew at or beyond the market and economy, has sustainable revenue and market opportunities.The role included the development an integrated Business Development Strategy to identify the strengths, capabilities and market opportunities for the Group. The role played an active part in the strategic alignment with Programmed to drive the group based activity and to monitor and communicate to all stakeholders of any changes to economic outlook, government business policies and legislation.Working with customers and the wider industry to ensure KLM offered and delivered the best products and practices to the Australian market.

As General Manager for the Audio Visual division of KLM Group nationally, my role was to develop a strategically integrated Financial, Operational, Marketing and Implementation plan.During my tenure, the Audio Visual division grew significantly and became approximately 50% of the division’s earnings. During this time we recruited, developed and retained around 50 new staff to sell, design and deliver that growth.We also achieve dynamic growth in terms of market presence and market share whilst retaining healthy profitability and earnings.
